just now while i was trying very hard to study, a friend asked "do u ever think that you will know someone for life?" (or something along those lines)
i truthfully answered "i think it'll be nice to meet someone and keep in contact with them for life. but to be able to really keep talking when u don't see each other often..........."
"i really hate it that we go through phases in life where we meet people and then when we leave that phase, more often than not we leave those ppl we met in that phase behind and meet new ppl in the next phase and the cycle repeats itself."
sure, they stay your friends but things are never the same after you stop hanging out regularly.
but then again, it is nice to meet up when everyone can make it no matter how rare the opportunity.
just...it sometimes makes me sad thinking about it.
