since we didn't manage to shisha at the lebanese restaurant ( i still dunno what isit called ) on lygon street last Wednesday, I made everyone promise to go yesterday. Guilttripped adi gun into going as well even though he was lazy (donlar, i gonna go home soon you don't gimme face la tiu) and in the end he agreed to go. Wins had to attend Tomoe's and Mio's (jap chicks that shushaku introduced and befriended) farewell so he didn't come with us. and hoho was pooped after her holiday so she didn't come with us.
there was a really nice atmosphere at lygon yesterday. They closed the whole of lygon street for some festivities ( i don't know what ) and since that street was practically italian, lost of people running around with soccer balls and waving around italian flags and random dancing... it was quite cool. We stopped at the lebanese restaurant and there was a CROWD... we soon found out why. they hired a belly dancer who was btw, fucking pretty as hell so they attracted a lot of people. we ordered two shisha, one with grape mint and the other was melon. when we tried to add ice, the middle eastern waiter had this perplexed look on his face and he said WHY. TELL ME WHY YOU WANT ICE. oh-kay. no ice sir we said. and he was satisfied.
>.<
MYGAWD THE SHISHA WAS SO GOOD. ahem. soon adi was puffing like a pro and refusing to hand me the pipe. ... >.< we had a side serving of patata and lemonata which tasted like limau ais. yummeh. shishaed and camwhored for about two and a half hours. they gave us our own serving of charcoal so we didn have to call the people to refill we just did it ourselves.
after that i went to brunettis to tapau desserts for hoho cos i promised to... and we stopped there a while to eat tiramisu, sticky datepudding which was really good cos it was really cold yesterday and they served it warm and some raspberry thing. yummy. we had really good coffee too. went home around midnight. reached clayton station around 1 and walked all the way back to atlantic street, halim's house.
today went to glen waverly to eat yummy vietnamese food <3 had honeydew milk tea too which ho bought whihc was really really good. seems like my holiday is comin to an end though cos i start work tmr : (
