2nd outbreak occured today after my car's battery went flat and i got stranded in phileo damansara. was a bit panicked then the rashes appeared. went to bed with a ton of savlon on my arms and legs and back and woke up scratching furiously, nearly in tears T_T

went on google looking for a cure and it said i had to take antihistamines so looked around my cupboard for any sort of medicine. saw the cough syrup, googled for its ingredients and saw that it contained promethazine, which is an antihistamine so downed two spoonfuls of it, and now im sitting in itch-free, loopy, drowzy haze. woo. cough syrup rocks and cures everything.

self-medicating is supposed to be bad for you but i was desperate XD

gonna run down to the pharmacy tomorrow for some benadryl. hope the outbreak doesn't occur again.
